I went in thinking I’d at least find a few decent options, but the selection was seriously tiny. At first I was trying to be positive about it, and then after looking around for like two minutes, I was just annoyed and ready to leave.

My order did show up eventually, so I can’t really complain too much there. The product itself was fine, which is the main thing. But the tracking was confusing because it barely updated, and at one point I was like, wait, is this even moving? I ended up contacting support just to figure out what was happening. They did reply, but it took longer than I expected. So overall, it worked out, just wish the communication and tracking were a bit clearer.

I get the feeling this brand is well-known, so that gives me a little bit of trust. But something about the mixed reviews makes me hesitate. My gut says it might be okay, but I’m not fully convinced yet.

Not the worst shopping experience, and I’d say the product was okay, but the return and refund process could definitely be smoother

It looked and smelled like real ginseng to me , so I feel good about it overall . The packaging was just kind of plain , and I wish it came with a little more proof or info about where it came from . Not bad at all , just not 100% convincing .

I thought I was going to like it, but right away I was like, nope, this is way too strong and bitter for my taste. The texture threw me off too, kind of thick and a little gritty instead of smooth like I expected. Maybe it works for people who are used to that kind of flavor, but I had to really push through to finish it. Not awful, just definitely not something I’d grab again

I was in a bit of a hurry when I opened it, but right away I noticed the box was smashed up and the jars didn’t seem packed very well. Not the best first impression.
